This Privacy Policy explains how eMeals, Inc. ("eMeals," "Cal360," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you use the Cal360 mobile application (the "App"), our Cal360 marketing website (the "Site"), and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy is intended to be read together with the Cal360 Terms of Service.

1) Scope and Important Notes

1.1 Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through:

It does not apply to third-party websites or services you access through links or integrations.

1.2 18+ Only

Cal360 is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Do not use the Services if you are under 18.

1.3 "Personal Information"

"Personal Information" (or "Personal Data") generally means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to you or your household.

2) Information We Collect

  • pages viewed, time spent, referring page
  • device/browser information
  • approximate location derived from IP address

Cal360 may use certain information you provide—such as meal photos, food logs, and related metadata—to train and improve AI models and related technology that power the Services (for example, recognition accuracy and recommendation quality). This includes long-term model improvement.

Our intent is to use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated forms of data for training where feasible.

Cal360 is designed so that your meal photos and logs are private by default and are not publicly posted inside the app.

6) "Sale," "Sharing," and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell Personal Information for money in the traditional sense.

However, under certain privacy laws (such as those in California and some other U.S. states), sharing information with advertising/measurement partners for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information, even when no money changes hands.

Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of such "sale"/"sharing"/targeted advertising (see Section 9).

7) Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and maintain the Services,
  • comply with legal obligations,
  • resolve disputes, and
  • enforce agreements.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your Personal Information consistent with applicable law, though we may retain limited information for legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes.

11) Children's Privacy

Cal360 is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
